    A) Will of Joseph Turton of Rolls Buildings, Middlesex, gentleman. Gives to wife Fanny for life all his household furniture, plate, etc., in his dwelling house for life then to 4 daughters. To Trustees Thomas Turton (changed in pencil to Stirton) of Fetter Lane, City of London, Baker and James Beebe of Red Lion Street, Clerkenwell, Middlesex, Silver Spoon maker. Freehold etc. estates not yet disposed of on trust to provide from interest of funded property of £23,000 3% Consols to pay wife £200 per annum and each of his grandchildren reaching 21, £50. Interest to then be paid in 4 equal shares to his daughters Amelia (wife of James Beebe), Fanny (wife of Thomas Stirton), Henrietta (wife of John Jeffery Hooper of Town Hall, Calcutta and Quintilla) (wife of George James Soward of Little Queen Street) authorised to sell real estate - details of reversions.
