    i) Mary Tanqueray of Tingrith, spinster, one of the daughters and devisee named in the will of Thomas Tanqueray late of the same, clerk deceased, which said Thomas married Mary Willaume, daughter and devisee named in will of David Willaume late of Tingrith esquire deceased ii) Reverend Edward Tanqueray of Tingrith, clerk, eldest son and heir of said Thomas and Mary Tanqueray, both deceased, and wife Frances iii) Thomas Pearce Brown of Norfolk Street in the Strand, Middlesex, gentleman iv) Samuel Brown of the same, gentleman i) and ii) convey to iii) -messuage in Millbrook formerly in occupation of John Lister since of John Beaumont and widow Wheeler and Now of James Wheeler and Abraham Wheeler -orchard called Mill Pond Bank, 1½ acres -4 closes near said messuage called Palm Close, Great Temples Close, Redlands Close and Hill Close containing 46 acres in occupation of John Beaumont, since widow Wheeler, then James Wheeler and Abraham Wheeler purchased by said David Willaume by Lease and Release 20 and 21 October 1736 from Thomas Day esquire and wife Katherine, who was only daughter of Edmund Fowlkes -toft wheron a messuage formerly stood in which John Brown dwelt in Millbrook whereon a barn is Now standing, together with said barn -piece of ground adjoining on which a pair of water mills lately stood -Millpond together with the Millbank adjoining as it was formerly fenced out by a hedge and ditch -2 closes of pasture in Millbrook, called Dovehouse Close, 5 acres and Mill Close, 11 acres -parcel of ground adjoining called the Slade, 1 acre :W. Marston Field :N. cottage and ground late in occupation of Samuel Odell and Now of James and Abraham Wheeler :S. ground of Edmund Foulkes, gentleman deceased :E. Pease Closes hereafter mentioned - Pease Closes containing together, 13 acres 17 perches with 2 groves belonging, 1 acre all which premises David Willaume purchased of Thomas Head esquire by Lease and Release 29 and 30 October 1736 all in Millbrook and Now described as follows: -messuage -plot of freehold land in Great Temples containing 4 acres 9 perches :N. and E. ancient enclosures belonging to Mary Tanqueray :S. 2nd allotment to Edward Tanqueray :W. parish of Marston allotted to said Mary at Enclosure -close called the Great Spinney, 1 acre 2 roods 9 perches -Further Pease Close, 6 acres 2 roods 32 perches -close of pasture called Further Pease Close Spinney, 2 roods 13 perches -Homeward Pease Close, 6 acres 2 roods 29 perches -close of pasture called Homeward Pease Close Spinney, 24 perches -the Hill Close, 10 acres 1 rood 34 perches -close of pasture called the Hill Close Spinney, 2 roods 14 perches -the Millers Hill, 11 acres 1 perch -the Home Close or Dovehouse Close, 3 acres 2 roods 3 perches -close of pasture called the Millhouse Homestead with yard, gardens and orchard, 1 acre 14 perches -Little Redlands or Home Close, 8 acres 1 rood 26 perches -Great Little Redlands, 11 acres 1 rood 9 perches -Great Little Redlands Spinney, 1 rood 36 perches which contain together 62 acres 2 roods 4 perches -toft or site of cottage where Anthony Spire deceased lately dwelt in Marston -2 closes, one arable, other pasture, containing together 2 acres adjoining said toft and formerly belonging to it -plot of land near the Field Houses, 2 roods 5 perches :N. 1st allotment to Earl of Upper Ossory :E., SE. and S. parish of Millbrook : W. (small part) Ampthill Road : N. and rest of W. said Field Houses and allotment taken in exchange by i) which plot was allotted to i) at the enclosure -Old Enclosure called Burnt House Garden 1 rood 5 perches :N. 1st allotment to Earl of Upper Ossory :E. and S. 1st allotment to i) :W. Field Houses and Ampthill Road which i) received in exchange from Earl of Upper Ossory all now in occupation of James and Abraham Wheeler to the intent that iii) may be the tenant of the freehold and iv) may prosecute writ of entry that a common recovery may be suffered of: -one messuage, 2 tofts, 21 acres land, 52 acres meadow, 52 acres pasture, 4 acres wood with appurtenances in Millbrook and Marston Mortaine Signatures: all parties Witnesses: Samuel Davis junior; William Greene; Thomas Gotobed, William Saffery, both of 15 Norfolk Street, Strand
