    -messuage formerly called Burges in the East End of Cranfield formerly in occupation of Richard Sadler and late of James Adkins and Now of John Odell -5 closes containing together 21 acres in Cranfield adjoining and belonging to said messuage -little coppice, 2 acres in Cranfield adjoining said closes -little coppice, ½ acre in Cranfield adjoining said closes, formerly belonging to George Sole senior of Flitwick, tanner, and wife Katherine, and George Sole junior, son and heir apparent late in occupation of James Adkins and Now of John Odell -close of pasture in Cranfield called Wiggins, 5 acres :S. Joseph Field, gentleman :N. highway to Bedford :E. Mrs Head lately in occupation of James Adkins and Now of John Odell, formerly purchased by Thomas Day esquire of Stephen Odell of Cranfield, yeoman (son and heir of Jacob Odell of Cranfield, lace buyer by wife Rebecca) and wife Ann, and Richard How of London, linen draper and wife Susannah the same was purchased with the aforesaid premises in 1735 by David Willaume esquire of Thomas Day esquire -close called Budds Pasture, 6 acres in Aspley Guise formerly in occupation of Charles Coleman, then James Warr, then Thomas Gresham, then Joseph Hutton and Now Robert Saywell, formerly part of close called the Great Pasture and purchased by Edward Allen of Ann Crawley and Thomas Doggett and by will of Edward Allen called Bridge Pasture, and was in 1754 purchased by said David Willaume deceased of Sarah Falls widow, and Peter Burgess, yeoman, surviving trustees and devisees in fee of the same under will of Edward Allen -messuage in Millbrook, formerly in occupation of John Lester and since of Thomas Pulley, late of John Beaumont and Now Widow Wheeler -orchard called Millpond Bank, 1½ acres -4 closes adjoining said messuage called Palm Close, Great Temples Close, Redlands Close and Hill Close, containing together 46 acres formerly in occupation of Thomas Pulley, late in occupation of John Beaumont and Now of said widow Wheeler and all other lands purchased by David Willaume esquire deceased, father of said Edward Willaume and Mary Tanqueray, of Thomas Day and wife Katherine being at Millbrook and which were late the lands and tenements of Edmund Fowkes deceased -messuage in Millbrook wherein John Brown formerly dwelt, then in occupation of Mathew Woolhead, then John Beaumont and Now widow Wheeler -piece of ground adjoining upon which a pair of water mills lately stood -millpond belonging to above, with Millbank adjoining as it is Now fenced out with a hedge and ditch -2 closes of pasture in Millbrook, one called Dovehouse Close, 5 acres and the other Mill Close, 11 acres -pasture ground near adjoining called the Slade, 1 acre :W. Marston Field :N. cottage and ground late in occupation of Samuel Odell and Now of -- :S. ground of Edmund Fowkes, gentleman deceased :E. Pease Closes hereafter mentioned -2 closes arable and pasture called Pease Closes, 13 acres 17 perches in Millbrook with 2 groves adjoining, 1 acre 3 roods -cottage with appurtenances wherein Anthony Spire deceased formerly dwelt in Marston Mortaine, late in occupation of William Bosworth and Now of -- -2 pightles in Marston Mortaine, one arable and the other pasture, containing 2 acres adjoining said cottage -½ acre in Dudmore Meadow in Marston Mortaine and all other premises of Thomas Head purchased of him by said David Willaume in Millbrook and Marston Mortaine with fee farm rent of £2 issuing from lands at Millbrook Signature: i) Witnesses: James Lucas, Pump Court, Temple; George Donovan, clerk to Mr Lucas
