    -messuage in Millbrook -pightle of pasture adjoining, 1 acre -27½ acres arable, ley and meadow in occupation of Sarah Woodcraft, widow, purchased by Charles Richards deceased, late husband of said Judith, from Richard Peach and Ralph Jellis Whereas: marriage took place and there were several children it was found by the court that said Judith held at rent of 7s..9d per annum all said premises except parcels thereof formerly purchased by said Charles Richards deceased of the Jellisses at rent of 1s..6½d per annum she died on 20 February 1745 by which said Thomas and Ann Cartwright became entitled to the premises and they are Now admitted rent: 7s..9d per annum; 1s..6½d per annum fine: 3s..3d; 4s..7½d
