- Scope and ContentAt Court of 28 April 1696 it was shown that John Peach had surrendered out of court on 28 November 1695 by the hands of Thomas Brace and John Fountaine -all his customary lands in Millbrook to the use of Richard Peach his son and heir apparent; in default to use of Susanna Peach his daughter on condition that if Richard and Susanna die as minors, then Ann wife of said John Peach should hold premises for life and then to right heirs of John; Ann to hold premises until Richard and Susanna attain 21 years and Ann was admitted Now: Susanna and Richard have attained 21 and Richard is admitted fine: 24..3d
