Recites: RO18/8-9 Whereas: ii) agreed to lodge in the hands of i) £40 to save him harmless of any claim for dower from the same by Honour wife of ii) NOW: Consideration: £40 i) demises to ii) -said 2 messuages and close of garden ground for 500 years at peppercorn rent proviso to be void if i) pay ii) as long as ii) and Honour shall live, 40s per annum on 9 November and 9 May at house of Goddard Urlin, gentleman in Ampthill and ii) pay said £40 within 6 months after death of said Honour if he survives her, or else to such person as he shall appoint Signature: i) Witnesses: Goddard Urlin, Richard Ward clerk to Mr Urlin Endorsement: (9)
