Recites: RO18/7 whereas: there is now due thereby to Elizabeth White £126 whereas: ii) has agreed with i) for purchase of said premises for £240 out of which £126 is to be paid to Elizabeth White in discharge of said sum on mortgage ii) will allow the principal sum of £120 to remain for some time a charge on the premises and discharges i) thereof NOW: Consideration: £114 paid to i) by ii) -messuage in Bedford Street in Ampthill in occupation of i) -close of garden adjoining said messuage, 5 acres in occupation of i) and Francis Barker :S.
