-to wife Anne for life, cottage with appurtenances in Millbrook where he now dwells with 1½ acres pasture adjoining also 3 acres land together in Church Field of Millbrook belonging to said cottage and after her death to daughter Elizabeth for 7 years -to son Henry Foster said premises for 7 years after determination of said term -to son-in-law Joseph Buckmaker [sic] and wife Ann, said premises after determination of said terms, to them and their heirs for ever, paying thereout to George Foster son of testator £10, to be paid within 1 year of Joseph and Anne coming to possession of said premises -residue to wife Anne executrix Witnesses: T Arnald, Robert Squire, Robert Reade
