    in consideration of marriage already solemnised between iii) and £1,500 to be paid by ii) to i) as portion of said Ursula over and above the entertainment of his said daughter with her husband and their servants for two years next after said marriage i) will stand seised of: -capital messuage in Millbrook where i) now dwells -manor of Marston Pilling otherwise Pillage and all appurtenances in Millbrook, Marston and Wootton to the following uses, viz; -manor house of Pilling in Marston with dovehouse and appurtenances -3 cottages in Marston with lands etc. late in occupation of Thomas Fynnall, William Gillman and Thomas Doggett -Dudmere Meadow in Marston, 20 acres 3 roods -closes of meadow or pasture in Marston called Richards, containing 10 acres 3 roods, Several Bashcroft, 22½ acres, Common Bashcroft, 21 acres 3 roods, Horseclose Meadow, 8 acres 3 roods, Longland, 27½ acres -closes in Millbrook called Hillclose, 12 acres in occupation of John Moreland, Starnehills containing 30 acres to use of iii) for term of their lives and as jointure for Ursula if she survives said John, then to use of their issue or in default, to issue of John by another wife, in default to i) and his heirs -capital messuage in Millbrook, subject to annuity of £80 to Helen mother of i) in respect of her jointure and also chargeable with so much of the £1,200 for part of the portion of Francis, 2nd son of i), as i) shall not in his lifetime pay him to use of i) for life and then to use of John Saunders the son and his issue, in default to issue of i), in default to heirs of i) if John Saunders junior has only daughters, on payment to them of the following: £1,600 to one daughter £1,000 each to 2 daughters £ 800 each to more than 2 then their estate in the premises shall be void and premises shall be inheritable only by sons of John Saunders junior by another wife or in default, right heirs of i) Signatures: i) iii) Witnesses: Elizabeth Taylor, William Saunders, Edmund Ekinge Endorsement: no.13
