Appoints wife Sarah and friends James Warner Howlett of Brighton, gentleman and George Race of Biggleswade, esq., trustees and executors of Will to wife £40 immediately after death use of furniture etc., to wife for life, then for trustees to sell. Inventory to be made on his death, trustees to sell real estate. Can purchase Government stocks or real estate in Great Britain or on railway debentures. Interest to wife to maintain herself and educate and maintain daughter. Daughter to receive it in own right when 21 can postpone sale.
