    Recites: 1) Mortgage of 23 October 1885 between Charles Hare and William Sworder of Shillington. 2) Will of William Sworder. 3) Transfer of mortgage. 4) Will of Rose Sale. 5) Will of Charles Hare appointing brother James and Nephew the vendor executors. 6) Deaths of Charles (20 August 1916) and James Hare (29 April 1914). 7) Discharge of mortgage Vendor to sell to purchaser at the price of £800. i)-Messuage or double tenement and appurtenances in Henlow on the eastward side of and facing the Main Street. ii)- Cottage (now unoccupied) with appurtenances adjoining the messuage on its northward end. iii)- 2 acres 3roods 4poles in Dogditch Field in Henlow bounded: part North east and north west by copyhold land formerly of Marcy Arnold and late of Charles Hare. Part north east by turnpike road Henlow to Shefford. South east land of Mr Turner, south west heirs of William Trustram. iv)- 3 roods 29 poles old enclosed land bounded: North George Edwards, west Elizabeth Edwards widow, S Homestall formerly of Marcy Arnold and late Charles Hare, west cottage formerly Forbes Macbean, Ann his wife and Sarah Morrell. v)- 2 acres 1 rood 8poles formerly in occupance of Marcy Arnold, late of Charles Hare and now the purchaser. Bounded: North east by turnpike road and now forming part of the entire field or close in Dogditch field. South east Marcy Wilson, south west John Trustram, west John Everitt. Iv and v) are copyhold premises held of the Manor of Henlow Grey and to which Charles Hare was admitted tenant 29 September 1863. vi)- 2 roods 7 poles in Dogditch Field. Bounded north east by Turnpike road, south east, south west and north west by lands of Margaret Catherine Crawley and since Charles Hare which is held of the manor of Henlow Lanthony and to which Charles Hare was admitted tenant on 28 August 1866.
