1) William Paxton of St Neots, watchmaker William Emery of St Neots, stationer (trustees of Will of Francis Hare deceased) 2) John Hare of St Neots, baker 3) and 4) George Hare of St Neots, schoolmaster 5) James Hare of St Neots, baker 6) John Carrington of St Neots, ironmonger recites: 12 May 1804 Deed Will of Francis Hare: wife Ann (since deceased) all property for life, reversion to 1) above as trustees with option of sale to eldest son James, then to offer to John and then to youngest George then to sell on open market (proved Archdeaconry of Huntingdon) 22 Aug 1833 9 May 1832 Deed death of Ann Hare February 1832 James Hare wishes to pay but can’t raise £800 in 6 months, so brothers waive right (George to get £300 of purchase money) property of Market Square St Neots (as above [HF41/2/1/39] except John Waller replaced by Thomas Newman) Consideration £800 7 and 8 Sep 1833
