    John How of Eynesbury, Hunts, farmer and dealer, Mark How of Aston Abbotts, Buckinghamshire, farmer, and late wife's great niece Sarah Smith, appointed executors and trustees ... to said John and Mark How - £5 each for their trouble ... to Sarah Smith - freehold house wherein he resides, with garden, barn etc - household goods and furniture in trust for life and then in trust for such of her 2 children namely Thomas and Ernest Smith as shall be living at the time of her decease and shall be 21 or more, in equal shares. If minor, can be used for maintenance Trustees directed, if Sarah Smith requests, to pull down barn and sell materials and hand over proceeds to her for her own use- to trustees - residue of real and personal estate in trust to convert into money. After payment of funeral expenses and legacies and legacy duty, then to pay: ... to nephew William Nash and niece Jane Carver (children of late sister, Mary Nash) - £50 each ... to nephew George Arthur Potts, son of brother George Potts - £50 ... to Ann Janes, daughter of late wife's late sister, Sarah Phesant - £50 With further trust that trustees shall hold £50 to pay to Martha Lee, daughter of Sarah Phesant, £1 per month.
