    Reciting release of 19 October 1869 a) William Deeley b) James Deeley Consideration - £150 owing from a) to b) - plot of land (384 square yards) and fronting on Ashwell Street (34ft 9in) North - formerly David Cook, then James Pettit West - late Charles Horwood, then John Wilson South - Ashwell Street East - other land of James Pettit was released to use of b) subject to mortgage of 2 August 1867 between 1) James Gibbs and 2) Theodore Harris, James Pettit and Samuel Taverner, and subject to payment of £150 and interest at 5% from a) to b) ii) has recently erected cottage on said plot of land and has requested iii) to lend him £100 to pay off sum due now in Consideration of £150 paid to i) being £100 from iii) and £50 from ii) i) and ii) transfer to iii) - said plot of land and cottage thereon to secure repayment of £100 to iii) with interest at 5% p.a.
