Reciting admission of Elizabeth Buckmaster to premises, as in schedule, on 28 and 29 October 1852 on a conditional surrender made 19 April 1843 to secure to ii) £350 on same day as this deed, but previous to it, ii) was admitted out of court to other parts of said property on a surrender of 30 January 1854, subject to such eQuity of redemption as might be then subsisting under conditional surrender of 15 November 1823 by John and Martha Fenn to Nathaniel Cartwright to secure £180 and interest now due to ii) for principal, interest and costs - £658 i) has sold the premises in the schedule to ii) for £855 now in Consideration of said £658 and further £197 (paid to i) by ii) i) releases to ii) - property as in schedule to use of ii) to hold according to custom of Manor is declared, for the protection of ii), that all mortgage debts shall remain unmerged and available as a prior charge on said property Schedule - cottage where Thomas Newens and William Fenn once dwelt and Richard Reddin and Edward Janes now dwell - close belonging (½ acre) in occupation of Edward Janes - copyhold farm at Great Billington (1 acre 2 roods 8 perches) now in occupations of William Fenn, Thomas Fenn and Charles Fenn - piece of land in Great Mead at Billington (4a 2r 18p) now in occupation of William Fenn - piece of land in Aldbury Close (34 perches) in occupation of William Fenn - piece of Home Close at Billington (3 roods 8 perches) in occupation of William Fenn - 3 roods 30 perches on Great Billington Green in occupation of William Fenn -The Greyhound at Little Billington now in occupation of Edward Leach, and Mathew Smith - little close belonging in occupation of Edward Leach - cottage where Thomas Purcell formerly dwelt, now in occupation of William Garrett - 1 rood 25 perches on Little Billington Green now in occupation of Edward Leach, Mathew Smith and William Garrett Signature of i) Endorsed receipt Witness William Allen, solicitor, Leighton Buzzard
