    Reciting that Thomas Peele by his will dated 15 February 1775 gave all his real estate to Timothy Arrowsmith and John Boughton of Newton Longueville, husbandman, in trust for sale Timothy Arrowsmith and John Boughton are both dead - Timothy Arrowsmith being the survivor of them now in Consideration of £100 paid to ii) by iii) i) and ii) convey to iii) - cottage wherein John Morgan, deceased, formerly dwelt, Richard Atwell since dwelt, and iii) now dwells in Hockliffe in parish of Chalgrave North east - late Benjamin Cross and now - West - Watling Street North - late Robert Gilpin, deceased and now of - Signatures i) and ii) Endorsed receipt Witnesses Ezra Eagles and Robert Hember (clerks to Mr Willis) John Raffery, attorney, Smithfield Joseph James Moore, his clerk
