- Scope and ContentReciting that John Bradwin has contracted for the purchase of the fee simple of the premises for £80 •all that messuage or tenement used as two tenements at or near Caddington Woodside heretofore in the several tenures of Thomas Tatt and Peter Crow and now or late of Thomas Tatt and Robert Ivory (which messuage was previously described as being in three tenements, one of which was in the occupation of Henry Cherry and then of Thomas Dawes and has lately been conveyed by (i) to (ii) •cottage or tenement heretofore in the tenure of Joseph Gosbell and now of Thomas Bunyon, John East and William Willis which was some time since erected by Thomas Taylor a former owner thereof on some part of the yard or ground belonging to the messuage or tenement and adjoining to the tenement heretofore in the occupation of Henry Cherry and now or late of Thomas Dawes •piece of land in Caddington adjoining the messuage once part of Collyers Wood or Grove containing 1 rood, bounding on a land leading westward to Caddington Green and on another lane leading towards Luton southward, and on land once John Beech northward which property once purchased by Elisha Bradwin from Francis Wilkins of Farley, Luton, yeoman and Frances his wife (born Skikelthorpe); Elisha Bradwin’s will dated 14 May 1766, Catherine Bradwin’s will dated 15 May 1788
