    Reciting Mortgage dated 27 Nov 1873 by 1) Charles Spooner, Leamington Priors, Warwick, esquire, since deceased 2) Bella Amelie Simonds, Leamington Priors, spinster To secure £200 and interest Reciting further charge £60 dated 27 May 1874 Reciting conveyance by Charles Spooner to (i) of premises 8 May 1875 though still charged with mortgage payments Conveyance of the equity of redemption on: • All that piece of meadow or pasture at Woodside, Caddington 3 acres 2 roods 29 perches with the six cottages erected and being in the front part thereof, which said premises were formerly in the occupation of William Smith afterwards of one Blundell, Thomas Wood, William Hawkins, John Walker, William Mardill, Samuel Plummer and Richard Byrchmore, and now or late were occupied as follows: the six cottages by Mrs Fensom, George Hawkins, Richard Byrchmore, Thomas Attwood, Thomas Mardle and William Fensom a piece of garden ground by John Heath remainder of the land by John Hight Blundell bounded North West by land formerly of Henry Bebb Morris now of Charles Morris North East by an Old Lane now stopped up called Pudding Lane leading from Woodside to Caddington Part South East by high road from Luton to Markyate Street •Cottage or tenement at Woodside, Caddington, now or late in the occupation of William Day and lately built or converted out of two messuages or tenements formerly in the occupation of William Smith and since of Thomas Fowler and George Butterfield, together with the piece of land at the back or rear thereof containing by admeasurement four perches, bounded on the North East by a messuage and premises formerly belonging to Messrs Frederick and Charles Burr in the occupation of Thomas Hoar South East by road from Luton to Markyate Street South West by premises next hereafter described West by land formerly Martha Hoar which two messuages were purchased with the said piece of land by Henry Bebb Morris of one William Smith •Two cottages or tenements at Woodside in Caddington, one of which is now in the occupation of Henry Hockley and the other unoccupied, the same having been lately built or constructed out of three cottages formerly in the several tenures of Robert Burton and John Burton his son, afterwards of Henry Bebb Morris, and since of David Puddephatt, Joseph Holland and Mary Cherry, South West messuage or tenement formerly of John Bradwin North East cottage or tenement formerly Edward Butterfield fronting on road from Woodside to Luton •Piece of ground at Woodside on South of road from Woodside to Markyate Street now in the occupation of John Hight Blundell formerly the site of a messuage and afterwards of six messuages, and further described in the same said recited mortgage
