- Scope and Contentthat he was well acquainted with Francis Wilkins late of Woodside, Caddington, yeoman , who was the son of Francis Wilkins formerly of Woodside, yeoman and Ann his wife. Francis the son died in April 1825 and was buried in the burial ground of Caddington leaving a wife Mary suriving him who has since died, and that Francis Wilkins the son had no other wife besides the said Mary, and he never had issue by his wife. His acquaintance with Francis Wilkins began about the year 1810 and Goude would have known of any other wife. He knew also James Tomson formerly of Sundon, yeoman, and wife Frances, previously Frances Wilkins, spinster, which James died in March 1837 and he was buried at Alvechurch, Worcester, and Frances the wife died in December 1824. Frances Tomson had one son, that is James Tomson the younger now residing at Barnt Green in Worcestershire. He first knew James and Frances Tomson in 1810, and his acquaintance continued to death of Frances, when they lived partly at Sundon and partly at Northampton.
