    To wife Mary £50 for mourning, and legacy £500 and household goods etc in lieu of right of dower To mother Ann for life annuity of £20 and to Elizabeth Fossey of Luton, widow, an annuity of £10 To nephews John Brett, James Tomson, Francis Wilkins, Joseph Wilkins my pistols, guns and other sporting utensils and my saddles and bridles between them To Elizabeth Fossey £10 Residue in five parts between sister Ann Wilkins (one fifth part), and remaining four fifth parts to brother in law James Tomson and brother in law John Bret in trust as to one fifth part for sister Martha Brett and her children; one fifth part in trust for sister Frances Tomson and her children; one fifth part for sister Elizabeth Maughan and her children; remaining fifth part for nephews Francis and Joseph sons of deceased brother Joseph between them.
