    To wife Ann all household goods, furniture, plate, linen To wife Ann an annuity of £100 charged on estate for life or until she remarries – estate in Dunstable, Caddington and Kensworth in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire purchased of Thomas Groom since deceased and now in the occupation of Mr Francis Goode; lands and grounds in Street Field Caddington, Hertfordshire now held with the farm, to be charged To my son Francis Wilkins, to my daughter Ann Wilkins and to my three sons in law James Tompson, John Maugham and John Brett, my farm at Woodside, Caddington, in my own occupation, which I purchased of Mr Swaine (excluding the land in Streatfield) to be held to use of wife for life; then to use of son Francis Wilkins for life; then to use of heirs male of son Francis; in default to use of heirs female of son Francis; in default to use of the four daughters To son Francis who has been fully provided for by me in my lifetime, the lease of the farm in which he now resides called Lameries To son Francis Wilkins, to daughter Ann Wilkins and to James Tomson, John Maughan and John Brett •My messuage or farm which I purchased of John Coppin Pitman Coppin esquire called Bonners in Flamstead, Hertfordshire late in the occupation of my son Joseph deceased, and the field called St Johns Hill or St Giles heretofore part of Delmore End Farm containing by estimation 12 acres late also in the occupation of son Joseph deceased, to use of grandsons Francis and Joseph equally to be divided between the said grandsons as tenants in common and to their heirs in default to use of four daughters, Ann Wilkins, Frances wife of James Tomson, Elizabeth wife of John Maugham, and Martha wife of John Brett Five trustees can sell by private auction or otherwise freehold and copyhold farm or estate in Dunstable, Caddington and Kensworth in occupation Francis Goode, and any other of his estates, the money to be a fund in the hands of the trustees to the following uses: to pay debts, to pay wife’s annuity, and on death or remarriage of wife to be divided between the four daughters
