• Messuage or tenement with appurtenances at Caddington Woodside adjoining on some part to a messuage or tenement formerly of William Newman since of Thomas King and fronting on the common highway leading from Caddington Woodside towards Caddington, and on the other side fronting grounds
• Wick Orchard or pightle of pasture ground called Wedgecroft lying next the highway leading from Woodside towards Farley Green and containing by estimation one rood
