To loving wife Elizabeth an annuity or yearly rent charge of £30 per annum in lieu of her right of dower
To son George Wilkins £800 at age 21 years
To daughter Jane Wilkins £400 at age 21 years
To daughter Mary Wilkins £400 at age 21 years
All real estate in Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire to son Francis Wilkins and his heirs for ever
To son Francis Wilkins all my brewing stock and vessels and all utensils and implements used in the trade of a brewer and all my stock of ale and beer at time of my decease.
Residue to son Francis Wilkins who is to be sole executor
