    reciting that George Wilkins has contracted with Thomas Daye for the absolute purchase of the inheritance in fee simple in freehold messuage etc mentioned below, in Caddington, Bedfordshire and also in two closes of copyhold land covenanted to be surrendered in Caddington, Hertfordshire for the sum of £1,800 reciting that the freehold messuage is mortgaged to Sarah Hitchin for £1,300 and interest, and that the two closes are mortgaged to Abraham Sibthorp for sum of £150 and interest reciting that it has been agreed that (ii) shall pay of mortgage charges out of the purchase money, leaving the sum of £246 8s 9d to be paid to (i) for equity of redemption •Capital messuage or tenement called Rickards inhabited by John Beech then William Newman and William Fossey the elder and
