Reciting Settlement by Lease and Release 29 and 30 Nov 1716 (Release X173/7-9) which covers his messuage called Rickards and land, He devises to his daughter Emma Maria a moiety of his goods, chattels, monies and personal estate to be paid to her at age 21 years or on day of marriage which shall first happen, Remainder to wife Anna Christina. Witnesses John Thorold, Robert Fransham, Isaac Howse Clerk to Mr Fransham.
