• Capital messuage or tenement with appurtenances called Rickards with outbuildings at Caddington Woodside in parish of Caddington
• About 130 acres land in Caddington
To use of William Newman for his life; to Anna Christina for her life; then to the use of the eldest son; in tail male; in default to daughters of William and Anna; in default to whoever the survivor of William and Anna names in their last will; in default to right heir of survivor
