    supplemental to documents specified in First Schedule reciting that ii) are owners of 6 and 8 Silver Street which adjoin the property of i) and have a right of foot and barrow way over property of i) and right to lay drains, cables etc under said passage way i) obtained planning permission on 6 February 1963 for rebuilding of nos. 46 to 54 (even) [High Street] which would infringe such rights as Meakers might have in respect of said passageway and involve temporary structural work to their property (exact infringements shown on plans attached) - drains, emergency fire escape etc now ii) agree not to obstruct i) in their rebuilding. All matters shown on drawing 130 (attached) shall be deemed to have been carried out with the consent of ii) and ii) shall not acquire any easement or right thereof various covenants including agreement to endorse above on deed in 2nd schedule First Schedule 25 August 1941 Deed of grant of said right of way i) to ii) 25 August 1941 Agreement as to infringement of said right of way i) to ii) Second schedule 30 July 1937 Conveyance, Sanders Brothers to ii) part of 6, 8, 10 Silver Street seals and signatures of i) and ii).
