at court 29 April 1743 it was presented that on 13 August 1742 John Fisher, customary tenant, surrendered out of court by hands of Francis Bushby and William Roffe -copyhold premises as in RO13/10 as a conditional surrender, principal £120 Jonathan Ward by lending that sum discharged principal and interest due to Thomas Burtt on a conditional surrender of said premises made to him by John Fisher 15 October 1735 enrolled in court 24 October 1740 Now: Jonathan Ward admitted by Richard Hartland, gentleman, his attorney rent: 2s 10d fine: 6d 2s..6d
