William Fisher surrendered out of court 24 April 1721 by hands of Richard Barfoot and Francis Circuit -all his customary lands and tenements to use of his will, which he published 12 May 1721 and by which he bequeathed to brother John Fisher all freehold and copyhold land purchased by father from Francis Squire, to pay thereout £40 as follows: £20 to Elizabeth Crawley wife of Thomas Crawley £10 each to Susanna and Mary Crawley, daughters of above at age of 21 John Fisher is now admitted fine: [omitted]
