Walker, Son and Field regarding offer by Peachey of half amount disputed, i.e. £18 24 Oct 1882 two from Edward Twelvetrees, builder of Biggleswade; estimates repairs to cost £98 24 Oct 1882 done repairs to extent of £40, some part of works commenced are not finished. House had only 1 coat of plaster no.3, suggests using scaffolding and spare bricks etc. to do other works 19 Feb 1883 rest regarding Wells, Hogge and Lindsell taking over property at Shefford on paying Mrs Gresham £7 per annum to her for life; S King tenant pays £9 24 Oct 1882 - 7 Jul 1883
