Property (currently occupied by Roger Juggins): (a) farm house with yard, garden and orchard containing 2 roods 34 perches in Lower East End of Harlington bounded by: close late of Nathan Medcraft and now of Ezra Eagles on S; close late of Joseph Prisley and now of Joseph Cooper on E; and Hill Lane on NW; (b) close of pasture called Great Ley estimated at 17 acres but measuring 14 acres 2 roods and 3 perches , bounded by: Middle Lee and Coop to S; the Pikes to E; three closes of Elizabeth Jennings to N; (c) close of pasture called Middle Lee or Middle Ley estimated at 8 acres but measuring 10 acre 2 roods and 19 perches, bounded by: the Coop to S; Great Lee to E; Ploughed Lee to W and Homeward Lane to N; (d) close of pasture called the Mill Pikes estimated at 2 acres but measuring 2 acres, 3 roods and 19 perches, bounded by: Great Lee to NE and part of NW; Coops to NW; land formerly of Isaac Eeles and now of Rev Sir John Filmer to SW; parish of Streatley to SE; (e) close of pasture called the Coop estimated at ½ acre but measuring 1 acre and 37 perches, bounded by: Mill Pikes to E; Ploughed Lee to S; Middle Lee to W; Great Lee to N; (f) close of arable land called the Ploughed Lee or Ploughed Ley estimated at 5 acres but measuring 5 acres, 2 roods and 30 perches, bounded by: land of Sir John Filmer to E; Homeward Lane to S; Middle Lee to W; the coop to N; (g) Allotment as part of inclosure to trustees of Richard Pedder of 17 acres 2 roods and 25 perches bounded on: NE by Streatley parish; SE by allotment of Elizabeth Jennings; part of SW by allotment of Ezra Eagles; part of SW and S by allotment of John Abbott; part of W by the Hoard Fills Road; N and NW by ancient inclosure of Rev Sir John Filmer.
