    Parties: (i) Bartholomew Churchill Carter of Staple Inn, London, gentleman; (ii) Ezra Eagles of Ampthill, gentleman and wife Sarah; (iii) Richard Pedder of Cuddecott (Herts), yeoman Reciting: - lease and tri-partite release dated 21 and 22 June 1799 between (ii), John Gregory of Eversholt, gentleman, and (i), conveying (a)-(c) to (i) to the use of (ii) for their joint lives and then to use of heirs of Ezra Eagles - fine sur conizance de droit come ceo levied by (ii) to (i) in Trinity term 1799 as covenanted in above release Operative part: - (iii) pays £22 10s to (ii) - (i) conveys (a)-(c) to (iii) at direction of (ii) Property: (a) chamber or room in the cottage at Lower East End in Harlington formerly in the tenure of Henry Pedder where Roger Juggins now dwells which is over the room called the parlour adjoining the cottage wherein Henry Pedder formerly dwelt (b) ground 15 feet long and 10 feet wide whereon a barn or outhouse consisting of two bays lately stood, adjoining the room called the parlour (c) all rights of way and easements pertaining to the room and ground Habendum: - to the use of (iii) for ever Covenants: - (ii) to produce deeds at request of (iii) - (i) and (ii) appoint William Smith of Sundon their attorney to deliver (a)-(c) to (iii) Witnesses: James Barnard; W S Griffin, clerk to Mr Eagles; John Richards and Thomas Dawson, clerks to Mr Carter Memorandum: - on 9 April 1803 possession of (a)-(c) was delivered to (iii) by William Smith, attorney of (i) and (ii) in the presence of Roger Juggins and Mary Juggins
