    Recites Fine (i) [William Worrall, plaintiff*] (ii) Thomas Huett and wife Katherine Richard [Sparks*]and wife Dorothy William Pennyfather and wife Joan William [Watts and wife Joan*] Elizabeth Wright deforciants of:- 2 messuages, 3 cottages, 18 acres [land, 5 acres meadow*], 6 acres pasture with appurtenances in Ampthill, Silsoe, Millbrook, Elstow and Maulden which is to enure to following uses: -[messuage in Silsoe where i) dwells and close of pasture adjoining 3 acres*] and close of pasture 2 acres [called Gibbs*] to use of i) and John Stepp[in, carrier*] according to deed of purchase made to them by Richard Sparkes [-messuage called the Malt Mill with appurtenances and 1 acre pasture adjoining and 1 cottage with appurtenances to use of ii) according to the deed of purchase made to him by Thomas Huett and son Robert -16 acres arable and 5 acres meadow in Millbrook to use of iii) for lives, remainder to issue according to intent of deed of settlement by them made to feoffees in trust -cottage*] with appurtenances in Elstow to use of George Greene according to deed of purchase made to him by William Watts and Joan, and Elizabeth [Wright -cottage with apputenances*] in Maulden [to use of v) according to deed of purchase made to him by William Pennyfather*] [This deed is in very bad condition and large sections are illegible; the sections marked thus* have been supplied from the recital of this deed in RO12/15]
