    -to wife lands and tenements in Howend in Houghton Conquest for life and after her death to friend Sir Thomas Beverley of Lincoln's Inn, Middlesex, knight and friend and kinsman, Thomas Hamersley citizen and stationer of London on trusts hereafter mentioned -to Thomas Hamersley and testator's said wife Bridget, advowson and rectory of Avon Dassett aforesaid on trusts -wife and trustees to sell said lands and advowson (except life estate of wife aforesaid) and out of profits to pay debts and £200 each to daughters Bridget and Dorothy and £120 to son Francis which testator received for use of said son; £50 secured to Mr Henry Anderton deceased by testator and son Venables -residue of profits from sale to children as below: £100 to eldest son Venables £100 to son Francis £50 to son Leonard £50 to son George residue to be equally divided between said sons -to son Thomas "all my Bookes according as the same are now distinguished from the Bookes which are now in my possession and which belong unto my son Francis" -to son Francis all plate in recompense for the wearing of the goods now in testator's possession which belong to him, which goods are to be delivered into his possession on death of testator -residue to be employed towards payments of debts and if personal estate falls short of satisfying said debts then to be made good by sale of advowson and lands aforesaid -Sir Thomas Beverley is seised of the next presentation to Church of Avon Dassett [Warwickshire]; requests that son Thomas shall be presented to it -wife Bridget executrix Witnesses: C Hammersley, Thomas Vinmant, Ann Holbeck, Benjamin Garrard Endorsement: No. (15) Administration granted to Francis as Bridget and Thomas both then dead
