Recites: RO9/19-20 Now: Consideration: £3,785 -farmhouse with barns, stables, yards, orchards and appurtenances in Houghton Conquest late in occupation of John Clark senior - Home Close adjoining, with Dibbling Pightle adjoining said messuage -Holborne Pightle also held with said messuage -Fourteen Acres Close 14 acres -Twenty Acres Close, 20 acres with spinney adjoining -several parcels of arable land in the common fields of Houghton Conquest, viz: Chappell End Feild, 5 acres Millfeild, 5 acres Dean Feild 5 acres all which premises are inHoughton Conquest and were late in occupation of said John Clarke senior -farmhouse with orchard, yard and appurtenances in Houghton Conquest late in occupation of Thomas Enterduce -several closes called the Little Barnacles Feild, the Forty Acres and Farney Hill with the spinney thereto adjoining containing 60 acres in occupation of said Thomas Enterduce -close called Great Barnacles Feild, 20 acres in occupation of George Snagg all which said messuages and lands are now or late in occupation of Thomas Bosworth and Joseph Clarke free of all incumbrances except term of 500 years by Indenture of 7 September 1733 (RO9/9) which term is to be assigned in trust for ii) (see Endorsement on RO9/14)
