    Viz: i) John Hamilton late of Castle Yard in St Andrews, Holborn, Middlesex and now of the City of Dublin, Ireland ii) Samuel Nucella late of St Katherine Cree Church, London, mercer, now of James Street, Westminster, Middlesex esquire and wife Mary who was only daughter and heir of John Bickford of St John, Wapping, Middlesex and wife Dorothy, both deceased iii) William Wyatt of St George, Bloomsbury, Middlesex, stationer Whereas: Right Honourable Maurice Lord Haversham was in 1717 seised of premises mentioned below Recites: Lease and Release 29 and 30 July 1717 (RO9/6-7) Whereas: John Bickford had issue by wife Dorothea only one son Charles and daughter Mary, and Charles died as minor of 18.
