- Scope and ContentRecites: Indenture 7 September 1733 (RO9/9) and its Endorsements Whereas: the said several principal sums of £1,800, £200 and £400 are still due although all interest has been cleared to date, so £2,400 is due to i) i) has agreed with ii) for absolute purchase of premises for £3,224 of which £2,400 is agreed to be part Now: i) at request of ii) assigns premises to iii) for residue of term of 500 years in trust for i) to attend the inheritance Signatures: i) ii) Witnesses: Theodore Johnson, Thomas Whitfeld 2 Jun 1737 Endorsement: Assignment whereas: John Lord Gowran has agreed to purchase premises for £3,785 from William Wyatt to be conveyed by Lease and Release of the same date as these presents [see RO9/27-28] now: Richard Lewis assigns premises to Sir John Robinson of Cranford, Northamptonshire, baronet, to hold for residue of term of 500 years in trust for John Lord Gowran to attend the inheritance Witnesses: Agnes Gill, Henry Wright 6 May 1741
