    Recites: RO9/2 and its recitals Now: in pursuance of said recited articles of Agreement and of Decree in Chancery 3 November 5 William and Mary [1693] in cause where Sir John Thompson was plaintiff and John Thimelby Conquest, Benedict Conquest and John Thimelby defendants i) confirm to ii) -lands as in 1st schedule to RO9/2 -145 acres 3½ roods land in open fields of Houghton Conquest described in schedule annexed hereto all of which premises are in occupation of said Sir John Thompson and are intended to be all the premises mentioned in the said 2 recited Indentures and granted to John Stone or Maurice Thompson (lands not now in occupation of John Thompson and which passed only by the general words excepted) for remainder of term of 2,000 years granted to John Stone and for remainder of term of 2,000 years granted to Maurice Thompson discharged of all power of redemption Further: ii) surrenders to i) all premises not intended to be included in said 2 recited Indentures -lands as in 3rd schedule to RO9/2 -32 acres 1 rood land in open fields of Houghton Conquest described in schedule annexed hereto all of which premises are in occupation of John Thimelby Conquest [schedules of the 145 acres 3½ roods and 32 acres 1 rood open field land are annexed] Witnesses: William Gower; John Risly; J South; Samuel Beale; Peyronnet, Michael Arnald; Robert Child, Nathaniel Hunt; Jeremiah Pearce; John Bird Copy examined with the original in possession of Thomas Armstrong by Charles Pyne and R Rose, clerks to Mr Shotbolt [no date]
