    Copy will of Henry William Canham of 18 Rothesay Road, Luton, retired packing case manufacturer Executors and trustees: - Albert Victor Williams of Luton, solicitor (or if deceased Alan Thurstan Williams of Ampthill, solicitor) - Langford Richard Lewis of Luton, chartered accountant Gives: - £250 to each of his daughters Declares: - any house he occupies at time of his death to be occupied by his wife Margaret Ellen Canham during her widowhood rent free and afterwards by his daughter Sybil Marion Canham during her spinsterhood, with costs of repairs to be borne out of his estate and with enjoyment of any household furtniture and household and personal effects - no house he occupies at the time of his death of any of the furniture or effects to be sold during widowhood of his wife or spinsterhood of his daughter without their consent - trustees to pay funeral expenses - trustees to pay income from trust fund to his wife for life so long as she remains a widow; trustees on written request of his wife to make up the income under this clause to £500 p.a. - after death or remarriage of his wife income of the trust fund to be paid to his daughter Sybil Marion Canham so long as she remains a spinster - on death or marriage of daughter Sybil trust fund to be held for all his children then living (including Sybil) and children of any deceased child of his, to be shared equally as tenants of common with children of any deceased child sharing only their parent's share Witnesses: - Catherine E Hadley and Eileen M Taylor, clerks to Gates & Williams, solicitors, Luton Died 25 November 1951; provided in PPR on 8 March 1952.
