- to granddaughter Marion Iles (daughter of Edna Mary Iles) her three stone diamond ring
- to granddaughters Diane Iles and Susan Iles (daughters of Edna Mary Iles) jointly her three gilt framed mirrors (set)
- to granddaughters Marion Iles, Diane Iles and Susan Iles her small pearl necklace consisting of three rows to be divided between them one row each by their mother
- to grandson Michael Pickering (son of Beatrice Marion Pickering) her silver hairbrushes (pair) which belonged to her husband
- to granddaughters Marion, Diane and Susan all her bed linen in equal shares
Devises and bequeathes residue of estate to be divided in equal shares between daughters Edna Mary Iles and Beatrice Marion Pickering.
