Scope and Content
Executor and trustee: brother Hubert Frederick Burrows of Stevenage
Gives and bequeaths all personal, domestic or household articles to his daughter Olive Draper of Luton
Residue of estate to be divided between any children or children living at his death, but so that children of any deceased child of his shall take equally as tenants in common only the share their parent would have taken had he or she survived the testator.

Died 7 May 1945. Executor Hubert Frederick Burrows subsequently died without proving the will. Letters of administration with will granted in PPR on 6 October 1945 to daughter Olive Rose Draper, wife of Bertram Charles Draper

- affidavit of Francis Howard Burrows, storesman sworn 9 January 1954 and affidavit of Neil Diarmid, Medical Superintendent of Three Counties Hospital Arlesey sworn 7 January 1954 read
- letters of adminstration with will had been granted in respect of estate of George Ernest Burrows to Olive Rose Draper, wife of Bertram Charles Draper, on 6 October 1945
- since then she had become"a person of unsound mind and incompetent to manage herself or her affairs" and there is no committee or other person intrusted with management of her estate
- letters of administration of estate of Geroge Ernest Burrows granted to Francis Howard Burrows for use and benefit of Olive Rose Draper during her lunacy
Grant of letters of administration with will dated 24 March 1954:
- George Ernest Burrows died 7 May 1945
- brother Herbert Frederick Burrows, sole executor, survived the deceased but died without leaving a will
- on 6 October 1945 letters of administration granted in PPR to daughter Olive Rose Draper
- grant impounded as she had become a person of unsound mind
- letters of administration with will granted to son Francis Howard Burrows of Luton, groundsman for the use fo Olive Rose Draper
