Greeting; for certain causes to us in the upper bench at Westminster especially moving all excuses and delays being set apart, we command and firmly enjoin you and every one of you that you be in your own persons before the justices assigned for the next assizes to be holden at the Town of Bedford in the county of Bedford on Thursday being the fifth day of August next coming, to testify the truth according to your knowledge in a certain action depending before us in the court of the upper bench at Westminster undetermined between Francis Theobald junior, esquire plaintiff, and Richard Conquest esquire, defendant on behalf of the said Richard in an action of trespass and ejectment, on pain of £100
