    Executors and trustees: sons Wilfred Henry Brown and Percy William Brown, and friend Norman Penney of Winchmore Hill, London Bequeaths: - £50 to Norman Penney for proving his will and acting as trustee - £250 to Leonard Lousley of Luton "in acknowledgement of his long and faithful service to me" Devises and bequeaths all his real estate and the remainder of personal estate to be divided into four parts and distributed as follows: (1) to son Wilfred Henry Brown absolutely (2) to son Percy William Brown absolutely (3) for benefit of son Gerald Hugh Brown and his son Aubrey Pearman Brown. (4) for benefit of daughter Eliza Emmeline Brown Declares: - from share (3) £2000 to be set aside with income arising therefrom to be paid to Gerald Hugh Brown for life, and after his death this fund in trust absolutely to Aubrey Pearman Brown at age 24. Remainder of trust to be held in trust for Gerald Hugh Brown absolutely - share (4) to be invested and income paid to Eliza Emmeline Brown until she reaches age 50; if she marries income to be paid to her for life; if she is unmarried at age 50 share to be held in trust for her absolutely; if she dies before age 50 to be in trust for whoever she appoints in a will or codicil - daughter Eliza Emmeline Brown entitled to take any of his household furniture and effects she thinks fit in part satisfaction of her share of his estate, and his sons to have the same option for anything she does not choose to take - if sons William Henry Brown and Percy William Brown wish to carry on his business as millers they are to be allowed to occupy his Steam Flour Mill and adjoining premises in Guildford Street, Luton for an annual rent, and capital he currently has invested is to remain in the business as a loan at 4% interest; sons to have the option to puchase teh flour mill and premises within 7 years of his decease - any sum already advanced to his son Gerald Hugh Brown as shewn in his private ledge to be considered a gift in advance of his share in the residuary estate - wishes his three sons and daughter prior to division of the estate to agree to purchase of British Govenment Stock in the names of his executors and his grandchildren whose names are written on his private ledger for the sums credited therein, to accumulate for benefit of his grandchildren until they reach age 21 Witnesses: T Pallister Young and Howard Young, solicitors, Mark Lane London EC Died 11 January 1915.
