    Executors and trustees: son-in-law Arthur Ernest Morris; son Frank Brown Gives: - £50 to grandaughter Jean Morris, daughter of Arthur Ernest Morris - 27 Adelaide Street, Luton with contents belonging to him, 106 and 108 Wellington Street, Luton with 10 garages, stable and workshop behind them to daughter Hilda Morris - 17 and 19 Elizabeth Street, Luton to son William Brown for life then to his children as tenants in common - 29 Elizabeth Street, Luton to son Frederick Brown, expressing desire that he should not sell it for less than £350 - residue of estate in trust to be divided between those of his seven children not previously mentioned as tenants in common Witnesses: - A Victor Williams, solicitor, Luton - David J Peck, solicitor with Gates & Williams, Luton Codicil dated 26 March 1943: - revokes grant to daughter Hilda Morris Gives: - 106 and 108 Wellington Street, Luton with gardens, garage at rear of garden of 106, garage at rear of garden of 108 and 5 garages nearest to 108 running in a line at aprroximately a right angle to Wellington Street to son Frank Edwin Brown (in will called Frank Brown) - 27 Adelaide Street, Luton with contents belonging to him with 3 garages erected on part of the land at the rear adjoining garages above to daughter Hilda Morris; Directs: - Hilda Morris to covenant that she will not sell or dispose of the property given to her within 21 years of testator's death without first offering it to Frank Brown, unless he has previously sold the above property - if Frank Brown does not purchase the property he has the right to erect a brick wall or fence between the two properties within 3 months - if Frank Brown sells the properties given to him he is to erect a brick wall or fence as above - in both the above cases erection of brick wall or fence will extinguish right of way between Wellington Street (between numbers 106 and 108) and the land at the rear of 27 Adelaide Street Witnesses: - A Victor Williams, solicitor, Luton - Catherine E Hadley, clerk to Gates & Williams, solicitors, Luton Died 19 July 1945.
