    Recites: RO5/322-4; death of John Thimelby Conquest; RO5/328; RO5/336; Deed Poll reciting that Mansfeild is dead; Hackett releases estate in premises to John Pennington, Thoomas Birch and Benedict Conquest Recites: RO5/340 whereas: i) owes Ann Cater, widow principal of £400 on mortgage [see RO5/338] whereas; John Tuffnail, Mary Peale and Ann Cater had no notice of the aforesaid settlements until after the said mortgages were entered into, whereby the provisions of the said settlements are void now: to pay said sums and make provision for Hannah and children -premises in 1st recited Indenture and all other premises of i) and Hannah are conveyed to ii) to sell all or part of the premises to pay off the said mortgages and to raise £1,500 to be divided amongst the daughters of Benedict and Hannah at their ages of 21 or marriage, residue to Benedict and Hannah and to the survivor and then to their heirs male Signature: i) Witnesses: Thomas Birch, William Goodhall Endorsement: counterpart [another copy RO5/355]
