Richard Boston N. the common street Consideration £31, of which £6..13s to Perrin, £24..7s to Fleming, discharging above mortgages and bond William Bedford becomes trustee for John Church of lease for 1000 years on payment 5s to Fleming 8 May 1731 attached to above Appointment of Francis John Budd of Bedford, gentleman, as administrator of the goods, chattels and credits of the late William Bedford, only as far as concerns the lease for 1000 years of the above property (now occupied by John Lilley) in order that the lease may be transferred to Lilley Bedford Archdeaconry 1817
