    1) Robert Newton of Town of Bedford, carpenter 2) Alexander Tyroll of Bedford, yeoman Robert Browne of Bedford, mason (Trustees) late erected messuages, houses, tenements, edifices, buildings, “roomethes”, sollers, barns, stables, outhouses, erected in the parish of St Cuthbert, Bedford abutting E. entry of house where Robert Newton now dwells, leading out of the highway to Goldington into the yard of the said messuage, now in occupation of John Green, glover and Joan Fisher, single woman W. tenement and garden of William Androwe alias Jonas [barn and outhouses in occupation of Robert Newton himself] And the said entry to be used in common for passage into the yard And one half of the yard to be used in common or equally divided And the Nether Orchard as it is now divided from the Upper Orchard with small cherry trees and plum trees with free passage to and from the well in the said yard to fetch, take and draw water And piece or strip of ground lying next the ground or hedge of William Androwe extending in length from the nether end of the said outhouses to the said Nether Orchard and in breadth at the upper end next the said houses 18 feet and at the nether end next Nether Orchard 10 feet Consideration Marriage of Robert Newton’s son Gyles to Alice Welles
