(i) Decimus Reynolds and wife Mary. (ii) John Howard of Cardington esq. (iii) Samuel Whitbread of same. (iv) Robert Parker of Steppingley, yeoman. John Bosworth of Marston Moretaine. --Revocation of trusts of property at Flitwick and assignment of same (iii) for 500 years, remainder to (iv). In trust to (iv) during life of (i) to preserve contingent remainders, remainder to heirs in tail. To (iii) in trust for payment of annuity of £100 out of estate. (Recites LL17/120, 17/123, 124 and contract by (ii) to purchase property at Cardington for £1,566.00.) Witnesses: William Oakley, Jeremiah Fish Palmer.
