Whereas: Mary Tuffnail is seised in fee simple of a messuage, farm and lands in Marston Moretain and Wooton and ... worth £83 per annum and is entitled to £1,000 principal secured on mortgage of lands in Houghton Conquest (being the estate of Benedict Conquest esquire)
also £150 secured by bond from William Harvey senior, esquire and William Harvey junior, his son, dated 16 May last
also £60 remainder of £100 principal due on bond from Henry Blackno and John Blackno 9 June 1715
