    Recites: RO5/322-4 Whereas: said John Thimelby Conquest and Benedict Conquest afterwards borrowed of said Charles Cutts £160 charged on premises already mortgaged to him, making £660 principal money still unpaid Recites: RO5/328 (the Brickhill Pastures are stated in this recital to contain together 80 acres) Recites: RO5/334 (Thomas Manfeild is since dead) Whereas: said Frances Conquest is since dead and premises limited for her jointure came to be vested in James Bruce, Mathew Denton and John Birch of 500 years in trust to raise portions for daughters of said Benedict; Mathew Denton is since deceased so term is vested in James Bruce and John Birch ii) is endebted to various persons in £1,000 in addition to the £660 due to Charles Cutts Now: Benedict Conquest with consent of wife and i) to raise £1,000 and make settlement for wife Hannah revokes trusts of last recited Indenture and appoints that premises shall be to following uses; premises assigned to Charles Cutts for 500 years for securing said £660 and premises limited after death of Frances Conquest for 500 years for raising £1,500 to the respective uses of said Charles Cutts and James Bruce and John Birch for remainder of terms, subject to equity of redemption; other premises to iii) to mortgage to procure £1,000 ii) to levy fine before end of Michaelmas Term next Witnesses: Henry Norris, John Cooke, Grey Arnald
